Nana and Kyla are professional singers and musicians who have been curious and interested in their internal lives. This session is a time for deep meditation and practicing to live in the present moment. Healing sounds can help us to relax fully let go of the stress of living in this modern world. Come with an open heart and mind and you will leave feeling nourished in your soul and spirit.
