This is a sound healing meditation with crystal quartz singing bowls and angelic singing guided by Nana Mendoza and Kyla Quinn. We will start the session with some breathwork and group chanting to set the tone to recieve the vibrations for a deep and relaxing sound journey.

Doors open at 7pm and the session promptly starts at 7:30p. We ask you to arrive at least 10 minutes before so you can adjust yourself in the space. We have yoga mats and pillows, you can bring your own mat or blankets to stay warm if you'd like.
