We will guide you through this sacred journey with the plant medicine psilocybin. Psilocybin helps you to reconnect with your inner self and the universal enery at whole. It makes you aware of how all things in the uinverse connect with each other. We start the session with taking the dose (a potent 0.5g) and set intentions for the journey. Then we do some breathwork and chanting to prepare the body to recieve the medicine and the vibrations of the cosmic singing bowls. You will be immersed with the cosmic sounds as we bring the bowls close to you and on you for a deeper connection with the vibrations which brings you closer to your inner experiences.

SCHEDULE:

9:45am - Welcome & Arrivals

10:00am - Take the Dose Ceremony

10:30am - Soundbath Journey (1.5hrs)

12:00pm - Transition Period  with tea, snacks & reflections

1:30pm - Closing

PREPARATION:

- eat a light dinner preferably vegan

- fast breakfast but if you need to eat fruits and coffee are ok

- bring a notebook, gems, or any special item to be with you during the journey

- wear comfortable clothing and bring a blanket if you want to stay warm

- yoga mats and pillows are provided but you can also bring your own yoga mat

- let us know your experience level with psilocybin

- option of taking 0.75g if you are a larger person or desire to have a deeper exerience

- option of taking 0.25g if you are new to psilocybin

- please arrive 10-15 min before 10am to set up your space
